Wedding Ceremony
If your wedding ceremony is in a church, then you are pretty much set. Most churchs have a built in PA system so that everyone will hear you exchange vows. If you are having an outdoor ceremony - don't kid yourself. If you have more than about 50 guests, you need to have some form of PA system so that your guests can hear what is being said.
Consult your Officiant or Disc Jockey. Often, they have portable PA systems specifically designed for such things. Using either a wireless microphone or lapel (clip-on) microphone, they can capture every word said. A wedding ceremony PA system should be unobtrusive. Using wireless microphones, the speaker and sound board should be setup either to the side or at the back of the ceremony site.
